Discover the FUN coming to HPAC by attending our 2023 Season Relaunch!
Hamilton Performing Arts Centre (HPAC) is excited to officially kick-off their 2023 Show Season with a fun casual Season Relaunch event on Friday 28 April 2023 from 4pm to 7pm.
This free community event promises to be a fun-filled evening for all ages with live music, activities, ticket giveaways, a themed cocktail and mocktail, and delicious nibbles alongside a few surprises.
HPAC is offering 10% off tickets to programmed shows purchased at the Box Office during our Season Launch event, so come along between 4 and 7pm to take advantage!
Attendees who RSVP by Monday 24 April go in the running to win a double pass to their favourite programmed show of 2023, though walk-ups are also welcome to attend on the night and take advantage of the family-friendly party atmosphere.
Launch Highlights:
- Activities ahoy, including a craft zone and storytelling session!
- Pop-up exhibit of show-themed displays to give sneak peeks of what’s in store for the 2023 Season.
- Live music by musical talent from across the region including Maggie Hartley from Soulty Music and Flynn Gurry!
- Snacks! Our delicious party food will come out from 5pm, including Possum-Magic themed party food… yum.
- Tasty doughnut wall relating to upcoming biological-musical-comedy adventure, ‘You Are A Doughnut!
- PRIZES! RSVP before 24 April and come on the night to be in with a chance at winning a double-pass to a programmed show of your choice!
- Free tea/coffee, still and sparkling water, plus soft drinks, beer, wine, cider, spirits, cocktails, mocktails and bar snacks to purchase!
- 10% off programmed show tickets if purchased at the Box Office during the event!
Things To Note:
- This is a free event but please RSVP to help with catering and to have a chance of winning a double pass to a programmed show of your choice!
- Tea/Coffee and still or sparkling water is free, and we have a well-stocked bar with cocktails, mocktails and all your favourites to purchase.
- You may be asked for ID at the bar.
- The Season Relaunch is a family friendly event! Be sure to bring the kids along to join in on the activities throughout the evening!

Walk-ups also welcome if you’d like to swing down last minute and check out the fun, but you won’t be in the running to win a prize (and letting us know you’re coming helps us to order enough party food!)
Our bar/café is ready to serve you hot and cold drinks including soft drinks, beer, wine, cider and spirits alongside bar snacks (at cost).
We’re creating a show-inspired cocktail and a themed mocktail you can purchase at the bar, or help yourself to chilled still or sparkling water, or hit our free tea/coffee station!
